Online Instruction



One-on-one classes are now easier and more accessible than ever. Classes are customized and personalized based on level and need. Choose from a variety of popular topics to create a curriculum the will keep you focused and improve vocabulary, grammar, and presentation skills. Learning begins with online material and then refined through conversations and exercises in the online classroom.



On-Location Coaching



In your office, in the boardroom, at the local coffee shop, in-person lessons can test your speaking abilities in the space where you do the most business. This is particularly helpful when working on presentation or negotiation skills and pronunciation exercises on the highest level. Currently we are based in Warsaw with a specific travel radius but we can also travel for special projects and events.



Self-Guided Online Lessons


Increasingly popular as global conditions for travel and schedules are constantly changing, these classes provide a consistent structure with video, audio, and written material on our most requested topics like leadership, negotiations, and mindset. The online course can be followed at your own tempo with topic quizzes, vocabulary drills, and challenges that link the material to your own experience.

Many students are frustrated that they listen and read material in English everyday, but their speaking capabilities have plateued. This is because they are practicing the wrong skills. Reading and listening are an important part of the learning process but speaking in a conversation or a presentation utilizes a completely different kinetic skill, one which requires feedback and adjustments from a qualified and experienced coach.


My name is Derek Zardus, the founder and primary instructor at Bizz English. I have been teaching English for 7 years to adults in corporate executive positions and entrepreneurs. I have a passion for creating an environment where leaders can communicate and refine their vision and message. I use my experience from over 20 years as a manager and trainer in Corporate America, entrepreneur of 6 successful businesses (including life and business coaching), and award winning speech and debate skills to craft classes and a curriculum that will challenge and propel my students forward.
